Spinach Ohitashi (Japanese Spinach Salad)

Ingredients

- 200g Spinach (or any leafy greens of your choice)
- Dashi Soy Sauce, as needed
- Sesame seeds, optional
- Salt (for boiling), as needed
Directions
Boil washed spinach, rinse in the cold water and drain well. Squeeze the water out and cut into 1.5-in lengths.
Serve in a small bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds, if desired. Top with Dashi Soy Sauce.
