Chicken Salad with Ponzu Soy Sauce

- 200g chicken thighs
- Ground black pepper, as needed
- 2 tbsp Ponzu Soy Sauce
- 90g any lettuce, torn
- 40g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 40g asparagus
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- Salt (for boiling), as needed
Directions
Sprinkle pepper on the chicken thighs.
Boil asparagus in salted water and cut diagonally.
Heat the oil in a pan. Cook (1) on both sides until cooked through. Then, coat with Ponzu Soy Sauce.
Arrange (2), lettuce and tomatoes on a plate. Top with sliced (3) and the remaining sauce.
