Mushroom and Bacon Spaghetti

Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- 160g
- Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 100g
- Diced or sliced bacon
- 60g
- Onion, thinly sliced
- 50g
- Chopped scallions
- as needed
- Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp
- Pasta water
- as needed
- Butter
- 10g
- Salt (for boiling)
- as needed
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions in salted water. Reserve pasta water.
Melt butter in a pan. Sauté mushrooms, bacon and onion. Add (1) and toss with pasta water and Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle scallions on top.
