Nizakana Soy Sauce
Pat the flounder dry with a paper towel.
Boil spinach in the salted water. Drain and rinse under cold running water, then squeeze out excess liquid.
Bring (A) to a boil in a pot. Add (1), cover and simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Serve on a plate. Arrange shredded ginger on top and spinach on the side.
