Product Information

Usage

To make Nizakana, dilute and bring it to a boil, add fish with otoshibuta (drop lid), then cook at low heat. Use straight for zukedon (marinated fish bowl) or teriyaki.

Shelf Life

How to store

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Refrigerate after opening and consume as soon as possible.
