Simmered Mizuna and Aburaage
材料
- 100g mizuna or komatsuna, cut into 2in(5cm) lengths
- 40g aburaage (fried tofu)

- 1 tbsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
- 100㎖ water
作り方
To remove oil from aburaage, lightly boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, cut into strips.
Bring A to a boil in a pot and add ①. Once boied, add mizuna and give it a quick boil.
