Cook the pork slice in simmering water. As soon as the color changes, take it out. Repeat the steps.
Cut tomatoes into wedges, and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse sliced onions in the water and drain.
Arrange in order on a plate: lettuce, tomatoes, pork, onion and radish sprouts. Drizzle with Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce.
