Maguro Zuke Donburi (Marinated Tuna Sashimi Bowl)
材料
- 2 servings cooked rice
- 200g sashimi-grade tuna, sliced

- 2 tbsp Sashimi Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
- 2 pasteurized egg yolks
- Shredded seaweed, as needed
- White sesame seeds, optional
作り方
Marinate tuna slices and A in the fridge for about 10 minutes
Serve rice in two bowls. Place egg yolk gently on top and pour remaining marinade. Sprinkle shiso, seaweed and sesame seeds, if desired.
