Ingredients（2 servings）

Dried soba noodles: 2 servings

Soba Soup Base: 100㎖

Water: 700㎖

Chopped leek: optional

Kamaboko (fish cake): optional

Shichimi (seven flavor chili pepper): optional

Directions

Cook soba noodles according to the package instructions, then transfer to a bowl.

Heat up (A) in a pot and pour the soup over the noodles.

Garnish with chopped leek, kamaboko and shichimi if desired.
