- 100g clams, scrubbed and purged
- 100g sliced pork loin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100g cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 tbsp Ponzu Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- Salt (for purging clams), as needed
Directions
Place cabbage, clams and pork in a microwave-safe dish and pour (A).
Cover and cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes until all the shells have opened.
