Ingredients
(2 servings)
- 100g sliced beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 50g carrot, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100g onion, cut into wedges
- 300g potatoes, quartered
- 12g snow peas, trimmed (about 4)

- 40㎖ Teriyaki Soy Sauce
- 120㎖ water
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- Salt (for boiling), as needed
Directions
Soak potatoes in the water and drain well.
Boil snow peas in salted water. Cut them in half diagonally.
Heat the oil in a pot. Stir-fry carrots, onions and (1). Add beef and (A) and place a drop lid on top, then reduce liquid.
Serve (3) in a bowl and garnish with snow peas.
