Salad Dressing
Add potatoes and water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are fork tender.
Mix (1), tomatoes, basil leaves and Salad Dressing in a bowl.
Serve on a plate. Sprinkle cheese and garnish with basil leaves, if desired.
