- Cucumber
- 100 g (around 1 cucumber)
- Fresh Wakame seaweed
- 50 g
- Octopus (boiled)
- 50 g
- Ponzu Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp
Directions
Slice cucumbers into thin rings, and cut the octopus and fresh Wakame seaweed into bite-sized pieces.
Dress the cucumbers, octopus and fresh Wakame seaweed from step 1 with Ponzu Soy Sauce.
