Bacon and Shimeji Spaghetti

Ingredients

- 160g spaghetti
- 100g shimeji or any mushrooms
- 50g onion, sliced
- 40g bacon, chopped
- Chopped scallions, optional
- 2 tbsp Dashi Soy Sauce
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- Salt (for boiling spaghetti), as needed
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Stem and shred the shimeji mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan. Cook shimeji, onion and bacon, then season with salt and pepper. Add cooked spaghetti and stir in Dashi Soy Sauce.
Serve on a plate topped with scallion, if desired.
