- Water
- 700㎖
- Chopped naganegi (leek)

- Kamaboko (fish cake)

- Shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven spice)

作り方
Cook soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and divide them into two bowls.
Warm (A) in a pot and pour it over the noodles.
Garnish with chopped naganegi, kamaboko and shichimi, if desired.
