Sautéed Nagaimo with Butter Soy Sauce

Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
Ingredients
- 200g nagaimo (mountain yam), cut into 0.4inch (1cm) length
- Shredded seaweed, as needed
- 1 tbsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
- Shiso leaves, optional
- 10g butter
Directions
Heat butter in a pan and sauté yam pieces. Once both sides are browned, add Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce and coat the yam pieces.
Arrange shiso leaves on a plate. Top with (1), and sprinkle seaweed.
